eMediaTRADE™now provides a full-circle electronic ordering system for buyers and sellers of national and local radio advertising. With a full-circle electronic ordering system, orders, as-booked confirmations, and invoices may be exchanged and processed electronically.

Here’s how it works:

Agencies send their radio orders directly from their stewardship system.
The receiving stations import those orders directly into their traffic system without retyping.
Once the order is booked, the stations electronically send as-booked confirmations back to the originating agency, who downloads them in PDF format and prints as needed.
Once the spots run, the stations send the electronic invoices directly from their traffic systems, and the agencies import them directly into their stewardship system.
