Reedsport, Oregon, and Atlanta, Georgia, March 3, 2003: Wicks Broadcast Solutions, LLC ("WBS"), the leading provider of radio broadcast management software, has contracted with eMediaTRADE of Atlanta, Georgia, as its direct EDI interface with advertising agencies and media buyers using systems such as Adware, DataTech, Donovan Data Systems, Strata, and MRP SmartPlus.

According to Bill Price, Sales Manager for Wicks, "Electronic invoicing has been a major topic of discussion in the radio industry for several years. The momentum is building for this service. Wicks Invoice Express is an excellent electronic invoicing solution for our 7800 radio stations. This agreement with eMediaTRADE makes it possible for us to offer our stations the absolute best platform for electronic invoice delivery as well. We are excited about this relationship and pleased to be providing the radio industry with the most comprehensive electronic invoicing solution available today."

"WBS is a recognized leader in radio station traffic and billing software solutions. eMediaTRADE is delighted to be providing WBS with the in-network solutions needed to deliver an exceptional electronic invoicing platform to the radio industry," said Joe Fabiano, President of eMediaTRADE.

eMediaTRADE’s media trading environment, Invoice Express Desk, streamlines electronic media commerce transactions, providing in-network translation and validation of the electronic documents between Wicks’ software systems and the media ASP providers and buyers. Even large local clients without agency stewardship systems can take advantage of electronic invoicing through Invoice Express Desk.

For the broadcaster, Invoice Express Desk reduces paper, envelope, postage and labor expenses associated with printing documents, enabling invoicing within hours of the end of the broadcast month. Electronic Invoicing is the preferred method of invoice delivery by all major US advertising agencies.

For the agency, Invoice Express Desk provides machine-readable files enabling automatic reconciliation of invoices and eliminates unnecessary labor costs and reduces margin of error. Invoices are received immediately (faster than overnight express services). There is no fee to the agency to receive invoices from Invoice Express Desk.

Invoice Express Desk includes a specialized Universal Translation Matrix which "learns the language" of each system taking part in the media commerce process, taking advantage of existing marketplace interfaces and bridging gaps where necessary.

Wicks Broadcast Solutions provides electronic invoicing as an additional function in its DeltaFlex and VT-Visual Traffic T&B systems. This enhancement is a first stage of electronic invoicing and has become an immediate value to Wicks’ customers. Wicks’ new Invoice Express application enables traffic operators to seamlessly transmit electronic documents via the Internet, email, or fax, as requested by the agency. This technology allows stations, stewardship ASP providers and agencies to work together better reducing errors and speeding the reconciliation and payment process. WBS is an affiliate of The Wicks Group of Companies, L.L.C. of New York which specializes in communications, information and media businesses.

eMediaTRADE is a privately held firm in Atlanta, GA committed to providing an open electronic trading environment between media partners. For more information, visit www.emediatrade.net or call 678-689-0146.
