- How can I be sure that the invoice data I receive via MXD will be usable?
MXD performs tests and “grades” data as it is being uploaded by the media retailer to ensure that fields required by the AAAA standards are populated and in the correct format. During the document targeting process, additional validations are performed to ensure that the needs of the recipient are met. Many agencies require their values for client, product and estimate code be provided in order to match the invoice to the order for reconciliation. We flag documents with missing data elements and prevent delivery until the originator resolves the problem.

The data sent to you by the originator is targeted to you by the originator. The data sent by the originator is only seen by the targeted recipient and will never be seen, collated or analyzed by any outside parties or entities with a stake in the buy/sell process.
