Media eXchange Desk™ (MXD) solutions streamline and economize the transactions associated with the purchase and reconciliation of media buys.  Buyers and sellers can communicate more efficiently by sending and receiving documents via the internet, regardless of the type of stewardship or traffic and billing systems each uses.

At the core of MXD is a unique engine flexible enough to add new document types and formats in a variety of trading environments.   Add to that our specialized Universal Translation Matrix which “learns the language” of each legacy system taking part in the media commerce process and this infrastructure is adapted to take advantage of interfaces that already exist in the marketplace and bridge gaps where necessary.

  • What does the red, yellow and green status’ mean?
eMediaTRADE flags documents with 3 different statuses: red, yellow and green. The red indicates the documents have errors which must be corrected before the document can be sent or downloaded. Yellow indicates a document has not been targeted to a recipient. Finally, green indicates a document is ready to be sent or downloaded.

  • Why didn’t my documents auto-send?
There are a number of reasons documents did not auto-send:
    • The auto-send feature of your account maybe turned off.
    • Auto-target rules may not be established or may have changed
    • Documents may contain error and must be corrected prior to sending.

  • How do I see what the document errors are?
If a document is flagged with a red stop sign, you can click on the document id and view the errors under “Document Errors”
